1. Introduction

  • SynapSSM is a study portal designed for medical specialization preparation.
  • By creating an account on SynapSSM, you form a binding agreement with us.
  • If you do not accept these terms, you may not use SynapSSM.

1.1 This Contract (“Contract” or “Agremment” or “Terms”) is issued by SynapSSM (hereinafter “SynapSSM”, “we”, “our”, “us”). SynapSSM provides an online study platform and digital study tools (“Service”).

1.2 To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old and/or authorized to enter into an agreement.

1.3 By clicking “Register”, “Signup”, “Create account” or similar, accessing or using our Services, you agree to be legally bound by this Contract. If you do not agree, do not access or use our Services.

3.2 The information and study materials provided are for educational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, SynapSSM does not guarantee that the content is free from errors or completely up-to-date. Use it as a study aid, not as the sole source of medical authority.

3.3 SynapSSM is not liable for damages arising from the use of (or inability to use) the Service, unless caused by gross negligence on our part.

3.4 You agree to indemnify and hold SynapSSM and its affiliates harmless against any claims, damages, or losses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

4. License and Copyright

6.2 You may terminate the agreement at any time by deleting your account or contacting us.

6.3 SynapSSM may terminate this agreement and your access immediately if you violate these terms.
