  • Usage Data: If the browser tab where the service is open is Active or not, time spent on questions.
  • Payments: Information that you have purchased a subscription (if applicable). We do not store full card numbers; payments are handled by our payment processor.

You may provide this personal data to the service, but it is not mandatory for your use of our services.

  • Profile information: Profile picture, additional academic details.
  • User Content: Notes, markings, or feedback you provide.

We store the personal data we collect on secure servers (e.g., Supabase / AWS).

Access to raw personal data is restricted to authorized personnel at SynapSSM.

  • Statistical purposes & further development: Analysis to improve questions, study materials, and platform optimization.
